Had a great time with friends. Enjoyed the 24-hour gym and played some volleyball. We liked the location, close to everything. The kids loved the pool, and everything felt relaxing. Just be prepared for some minor issues like the laundry left in the halls during our stay.

One downside was the laundry bins left in the halls, which seemed to be a consistent issue. It gave a less-than-ideal impression of cleanliness.

The room had a full kitchen, including a microwave, refrigerator, and stovetop. Comfy amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The hot tub was a nice perk, and the indoor pool looked inviting. Breakfast included fresh fruits and cooked eggs, which was a delicious surprise!

I had a pleasant stay at the Residence Inn in Durango. The 2-bedroom suite offered plenty of space for my family. The kitchenette proved very useful during our Christmas stay, although some kitchen supplies could use better stocking. The breakfast spread was quite good, with coffee and tea available most of the day. The staff responded to our needs, but there were times they seemed overwhelmed. I did notice the elevator was out of service, which was inconvenient during check-in. Having to navigate stairs with bags was an unexpected hassle. Despite that, the room cleanliness was impressive, and the seating area was comfortable for family time. I'd definitely consider staying again if certain improvements are made.

Unfortunately, the elevator was broken during our visit, which made getting to our room on the third floor a bit of a hassle. It was frustrating to drag our bags up the stairs, especially after a long drive. The pool was also not heated, which was disappointing since we were looking forward to a swim. Despite the issues, the friendly staff and well-equipped kitchenette made it a memorable stay.
